Occidental Papagayo (Adults Only) Hotel Culebra, Culebra

I had a mixed experience at this resort spa. While the staff were incredibly helpful and made my stay more enjoyable, the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, and the location was quite far from major activities. The dining options were also underwhelming, which was disappointing given the price I paid. On the bright side, the facilities were quite nice and well maintained.
